The registration fee includes:
Access to all scheduled family events

Hotel accommodations, transportation, and tickets for extracurricular activities or events [i.e. International African American Museum, City Tours, Concerts etc] are NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee and should be purchased separately.

We’d hate to miss you cousin! Unfortunately, reunion registration payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Travel and transportation is not included with your registration. Feel free to rent a car, but Uber/Lift are feasible options as well.

We would like for everyone to participate in a Tour! Some tours have an additional cost that is not included in the registration, and some Tours are FREE.

Yes! We’ll have kid-friendly genealogy activities during our Friday sessions. Kids can also enjoy the SplashPad during the Friday Session, so parents grab a towel when you come to CooperRiver Room.
Also, based on interest, there will be a possible pool party on Saturday night for families with children. Let us know if you're interested. -
Absolutely — and it’s going to be something special!
This year’s Reunion Booklet is more than just a schedule of events — it will include a Commemorative Family Album that is a printed family treasure telling the story of who we are. It will include:
Memorial Pages honoring loved ones we’ve lost
Family Photos from each branch
Accomplishments & Celebrations (graduations, awards, milestones, etc.)
Family Business Spotlights so we can support each other
We invite YOU to be part of it by submitting a photo, tribute, or ad. This is a great way to honor your loved ones, showcase your household, or promote your business.

Yes! You’ll be able to purchase additional T-shirts and booklets through our Website Store (while supplies last). Items can be shipped if you're unable to attend.
