  • Since our reunion is mid summer (July 2027) in Orlando, Florida, your wardrobe must balance extreme outdoor summer heat and humidity with the high-blast indoor air conditioning typical of Florida event venues.

    Packing Guide for the Picnic: Expect to experience temperatures above 90°F with high humidity and a strong chance of a quick afternoon thunderstorm. Your goals are sun protection, breathability, and mobility for outdoor games.

    LADIES:

    • Clothing: We strongly encourage you to wear your reunion shirt at the picnic. Prior/post picnic, you can opt for a lightweight, knee-length or midi sundress, a breathable linen set, or a loose-fitting romper. Stick to light colors like whites, pastels, or florals to stay cool under the sun. Avoid super-short shorts to protect yourself from park benches or grass scratches.

    • Footwear: Choose flat, supportive shoes like platform sandals, low wedge espadrilles, or stylish leather lifestyle sneakers for walking on grass.

    • Accessories: Bring a wide-brim sun hat, UV-blocking sunglasses, and a small woven bag.

    GENTLEMEN:

    • Clothing: We strongly encourage you to wear your reunion shirt at the picnic. Prior/post picnic, feel free to wear a moisture-wicking polo shirt, a short-sleeve linen button-down shirt, or a festive Caribbean shirt. Pair these with lightweight cotton shorts or linen-blend pants.

    • Footwear: Opt for casual canvas sneakers, boat shoes, or breathable loafers.

    • Accessories: A classic baseball cap or fedora, polarized sunglasses, and a sports watch.

  • Since our reunion is mid summer (July 2027) in Orlando, Florida, your wardrobe must balance extreme outdoor summer heat and humidity with the high-blast indoor air conditioning typical of Florida event venues.

    Packing Guide for the Banquet: While it will be hot outside, Florida banquet halls and hotel ballrooms are notorious for freezing air conditioning. Your formal attire should look elegant and “Caribbean Chic” but incorporate options for temperature control.

    LADIES:

    • Clothing: A floor-length evening gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress (midi or maxi length), or a sleek, structured tailored “summery” pantsuit. Jewel tones or traditional Caribbean colors work beautiful for evening banquets.

    • Layering (Crucial): Bring a formal pashmina shawl, a dressy blazer, or an elegant evening jacket to combat the indoor AC draft.

    • Footwear: Block-heel sandals, elegant pumps, or embellished dressy flats. Ensure they are broken because you know THERE WILL BE DANCING.

    • Accessories: Metallic clutch bag and statement jewelry.

    GENTLEMEN:

    • Clothing: A well-fitted suit (tan, navy, charcoal, or black) paired with a crisp dress shirt and a tie. For a modern Caribbean twist, a high-quality lightweight wool or linen-blend suit works perfectly for Florida.

    • Footwear: Leather dress shoes (i.e. Oxfords or Derbies) or high-end leather loafers with dress socks.

    • Accessories: A leather belt matching the shoes, a pocket square, and a sleek dress watch.

  • Your registration includes entry to the welcome event, family picnic, banquet, swag bag, and reunion t-shirt.

    Hotel accommodations and tickets for extracurricular activities or events [i.e. Theme Parks, Museums, city tours, concerts, etc.] are NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee and should be purchased separately.

    Unfortunately, reunion registration payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Travel and transportation is not included with your registration.

    Feel free to rent a car, but Uber/Lift are feasible options as well.

    Top activities for kids in Orlando include iconic theme parks like Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort, plus fun indoor and outdoor non-theme-park attractions.
